Being a CW Owner, I feel I need to share this with every owner.
Every once in a while you come across a person, product, vendor etc. that improves your business so much that you feel like you should share it with everyone. I have found such a product. I have told Max in Atlanta and John in Maryville about it. They both now use it too so I felt I should just share what we have found with everyone else. Its called EasyOrder and is for taking orders online from your customers.

I found EasyOrder in Recharger magazine as a nominee for 2007 product of the year. So I thought I'd check it out. Simply put, it is a online ordering system set-up by you for whenever you have a new customer.

For example: My salesman wins a new State Farm account. He hops online and inputs in the printer models that they have at their office. After you finish it sends them a welcome email and allows them to download a icon to their desktop. At this point, all they have to do is click on the icon and it pulls up all the printers in the customers office.

The cartridges and maintanence kits that go with each printer are in EasyOrder’s main database. It shows them retail pricing vs your Cartridge World price and also the savings. All they have to do is enter the quantity of cartridges that they want, click submit and the order is placed. A confirmation email is sent to the customer and you also get an email showing their order, totals, payment info etc.

This thing is such a great selling tool b/c it makes things so easy for our customer - and you no longer have to take those timely phone calls always having to look up what is the high yield cartridge that goes into their Okidata C5300.

You can also send quotes, separate by parent companies, sub-companies, departments etc. I used it in my presentation for Ruby Tuesday Corporate Headquarters. I needed an ordering system to accommodate the purchasing of 20+ departments for accounting purposes.

Did I mention its cheap too. Its just $50 a month to use. Thats it. Doesn't matter how many times someone orders or how many companies you add.
